About me
Hello, I'm Kelsey

Kelsey has been fascinated with healing since she was a teenager. After receiving a degree in psychology from the University of Vermont, she moved to Oregon to study therapeutic yoga with Sarahjoy Marsh. Thus began her lifelong exploration into working directly with the body, where she discovered a depth of healing that was not possible with talking alone. In 2018, Kelsey graduated The Pacific Center of Awareness and Bodywork, a massage therapy school that emphasized a somatic, relational, and holistic approach to bodywork.
Finding Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in 2022 was a pivotal turning point in her life. She directly experienced how effective this work is for healing the root cause of physical pain and emotional suffering. In 2026, she graduated from Scott Zamurut’s three year BCST Foundations Course. Kelsey also studied Pre and Perinatal Healing with Scott, and her understanding of the human journey of incarnation deeply informs her work.
Kelsey brings a grounded, heart centered and holistic approach to her sessions. She enjoys working with people in all stages of life. She has a special affinity for working with adult adoptees, as she was adopted as an infant herself. The unique experience of adoptees is not well understood by most practitioners, and she knows how effective this work is at meeting the unique wounds of pre-verbal attachment trauma.
